Capital Development-Building Capacity (CD-BC) grants will improve existing Health Center Program grantees’ capacity to provide primary and preventive health services to medically underserved populations. Within this funding range, an eligible applicant may submit one application proposing one site-specific; stand-alone; alteration/renovation, expansion, or construction facility project.
The program is authorized by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, Section 10503, P.L. 111-148.
