How do I decide what quality measures to implement?

With the growing emphasis on quality, health centers often have a difficult time navigating and identifying quality measures most relevant to their organization. Increasing market pressures exist to use EHRs to promote quality of care and to improve the tracking and reporting on different quality measures. Organizations leading this quality measures development effort include the National Committee for Quality Assessment (NCQA), Bridges to Excellence (BTE), and the AQA Alliance.
