How do we make sure that the evaluation is relevant?

To have the most impact, evaluation results should be used to inform the health center's strategy for continuous quality improvement. Ensuing results of the evaluation provide an important opportunity for reflection and dialogue amongst key stakeholders regarding the current state of the health IT implementation in the health center. The evaluation can also be used to facilitate continuous quality improvement and ensure that the health IT project is meeting its objectives efficiently.
