What competencies are required to use the system?
In general, the use of new clinical systems is predicated on the assumption that most users today have basic computing skills. As part of the system purchase, health centers need to ascertain the basic technological skills of their staff so that users can be effectively trained on the new system. Vendors are able to provide details on any additional training that may be required to achieve full use of the system.
