Why focus on communications?
An essential component to effective management and oversight for health IT adoption is a communication plan. Without regular, open communication between key stakeholders, health centers cannot assure the successful implementation of health IT products. Communication amongst health IT project members is important in understanding and identifying the potential solutions to inevitable challenges and delays.

An important part of gaining staff buy-in is recognizing which features of the project will impact / improve their work and making the process feel inclusive.
