How do I track, analyze and interpret my data?
In order to improve quality of care, it is essential to continue to track, analyze and interpret data from reports. Create a plan to continually review reporting needs and discuss the effectiveness of tracking, analysis and interpretation of data using existing reports. Develop monthly reports for providers and meet with the team monthly or quarterly to evaluate the ongoing reporting needs and address any technical issues with the reports. Assess success factors to continue producing quality data for analysis.
