What is a quality vision?
In defining the vision of an organization, quality objectives should be included that take into account the current status of the organization and helps define the direction of where the organization wishes to go in terms of making the necessary decisions related to improving the quality of health care it provides. A quality vision can be used to set objectives and priorities in terms of quality that the organization will aspire to reach. A quality vision also helps to provide a focus for the mission of the organization.
