Q: I am interested in printing a copy of the TXT4Tots library of messages today.  Can I print/download a copy?
A: Please see End User Agreement.

Q. Can I make fair use of the library?
A. Nothing prevents the general public from using the libraries in accordance with the fair use provision of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 107.  HRSA cannot give legal advice or offer opinions on what is permitted as fair use.

Q.  Can I link to the library of messages on my organization's website?
A. In general, yes. The websites of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) are Federal websites and are made available to everyone freely and without cost to the public. Organizations, agencies, groups, and companies may feel free to include links to the HHS and its sponsored websites without the need to contact HHS.  For additional information, see Would it be alright to add a link to an HHS website on our website?
