Draft Vision Statement
|
Pennsylvania envisions a commonwealth where there are no
homeless individuals or families. Each person will have the
support services needed to live as independently as possible
in permanent housing of his or her choice. The mainstream
services will be adequate, well-coordinated, consumer driven,
and recovery-oriented. All housing and services will be offered
with dignity and respect, and will provide hope.
