Amgen's Letter to OPA - Pricing adjustments to PHS Pricing for three Vectibix® NDC Products

Amgen USA Inc. (Amgen) is making an adjustment to its PHS pricing for three Vectibix® (panitumumab) NDCs for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2008. PHS entities that purchased Vectibix® during those periods will receive a credit from their wholesaler within the next three months, as well as a letter about the change in price.
