Peer-to-Peer Program Expectations

340B Peer-to-Peer Leading Practice Sites

  • Serve as models of pharmacy practice excellence for 340B stakeholders.
  • Commit to at least two Peer-to-Peer mentors who can dedicate a total of five (5) hours per month each to connect with stakeholders via the Peer-to-Peer Program.
  • Make available knowledgeable staff within the organization to share pharmacy expertise and information with 340B stakeholders and other entity types via the Peer-to-Peer Program.
  • Agree to develop and submit appropriate documentation of Peer-to-Peer encounters as needed.
  • Participate in monthly conference calls with other Leading Practice sites, APhA and HRSA.
  • Participate as needed as an operational expert at 340B University hosted by the Prime Vendor Program with support from APhA.
  • Agree to attend and/or present at a minimum of  three national or regional conferences and webinars about the 340B Peer-to-Peer Program and your organization’s pharmacy practices.
  • Commit to being a part of the Peer-to-Peer Program for a minimum of two 2 years.

340B participating entities selected to become Peer-to-Peer leading practice sites will receive:

Stipend for two years of participation

Acknowledgement in publications

American Pharmacists Association membership for two leadership team members

Financial support for select conference attendance to represent 340B stakeholders

Networking opportunities

A participation plaque
