% of persons with HIV/AIDS who have a documented pneumococcal vaccine, influenza vaccine, completed Hepatitis Ax2 & Hepatitis Bx3 vaccinations.
 
Definition:
Numerator:

Member of denominator with documented pneumococcal vaccine, influenza vaccine, completed Hepatitis A x 2 & Hepatitis B x 3 vaccinations.
Denominator:

All persons with AIDS or known to be HIV positive with at least one encounter for any purpose or service during year

Unit & Text: numerator count/ denominator count x 100 = %

Data Sources:
From registry or EHR/EMR if available.
If chart audit, then sample from sample frame of persons meeting denominator criteria.

The recommendation and need for these vaccines in this special risk is NOT well known and understood by the general public and health professionals, although it is well understood by physicians who treat persons with HIV/AIDS.
