The tutorial is targeted at many audiences, including consultants that OPR uses to complement the Federal Performance Review Teams, grantee organizations, and Federal staff.

Which Version Should You Choose?

ENHANCED Version: This version is designed for users with a high-speed Internet connection (i.e., cable, DSL, ISDN).
