November 11-12, 2004

This meeting included presentations on racial disparities and social factors in infant mortality, depression in pregnant and postpartum women, health care coverage and financing issues, and performance management in Title V.

The Committee discussed a set of proposed recommendations for research on low birth weight. Committee members were asked to suggest ideas for future meetings and agenda topics.
