What is the program?
This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Leadership in Family and Professional Partnerships (LFPP) Program. The purpose of this program is to increase the engagement of families2 with children or youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) at all levels of health care. The LFPP recipient will be a national resource on family engagement for state and local organizations, such as Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) and Title V programs, as well as families. The LFPP will provide training, technical assistance, and best practices with the field as they work to implement family engagement strategies and serve diverse, medically underserved CYSHCN and their families.
