Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private nonprofit entities, as demonstrated through Attachment 1: Proof of Public of Non-Profit Status. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply. Applicants must be one of the following (see Section 330(e)(1)(C) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254b(e)(1)(C), as amended): • A network (referred to as an HCCN) that is at least majority controlled and, as applicable, at least majority owned by Health Center Program award recipients (i.e., the majority of the governing board members are Health Center Program award recipients); or • A current Health Center Program award recipient, funded for at least the 2 consecutive preceding years, applying on behalf of an HCCN. The HCCN must: (1) be at least majority controlled and, as applicable, at least majority owned by Health Center Program award recipients, and (2) have its own governing board, independent of the boards of its health center members.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include public and nonprofit private entities, schools, and academic health science centers.  Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. In order to ensure that areas with the greatest prevalence of HIV/AIDS, but with relative shortages of HIV care and treatment professionals receive adequate support, HRSA has divided the US into eight (8) regions in alignment with the HHS Regions, as identified in Table 1 above. You must select only one region to support in your application, and you must agree to support the HIV/AIDS training and education needs across the entire region selected.  You must be physically located in the region you intend to serve.

Who can apply: The applicant organization must be a rural nonprofit private or rural public entity that represents a consortium/network composed of three or more health care providers. Federally-recognized tribal entities are eligible to apply as long as they are located in a rural area. The applicant organization must be located in a non-metropolitan county or in a rural census tract of a metropolitan county, and all services must be provided in a non-metropolitan county or rural census tract.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are accredited schools of nursing. Any school(s) of nursing affiliated with this application must be accredited at the time of application – and for the duration of the award – by a national agency approved by the Secretary of Education for nurse education accreditation. Applicants must submit official documentation of accreditation in Attachment 1 for all affiliated nursing programs. Eligible applicants must be located in the United States, Guam, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau. Tribes and Tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Foreign entities are not eligible for this HRSA award. Individuals are not eligible to apply. For competing continuation (renewal) applicants, your institution’s default rate status may be considered in determining future NFLP award decisions. Competing continuation applicants that are above the default rate threshold (greater than five (5) percent) may be deemed ineligible for future funding or be subject to additional penalties, up to and including, award termination.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include public and nonprofit private entities. Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. If the applicant is an Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) member, and/or if the applicant is working with a consortium that includes OPTN members, the applicant and all other OPTN members involved in the project are expected to be in compliance with the HHS final rule governing the operation of the OPTN (42 CFR part 121 or visit http://optn.transplant.hrsa.gov). Foreign entities are not eligible for funding under this notice.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or nonprofit private entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined HRSA-19-016 7 in Section IV.2.vi.4 Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include any State or territory, State agency, or other statewide public or nonprofit entity that operates solely within a state or U.S. territories. In addition to the 50 states, only the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau may apply. Applicants must provide state/territory-wide coverage of primary health care issues and represent or have relationships with the broad range of primary health care delivery systems and programs in the state.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are limited to RWHAP Part B states/territories that reported to HRSA a new ADAP waiting list or who have used the ADAP ERF to prevent, reduce, or eliminate an ADAP waiting list between January 2011 and July 2018. All 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands are eligible to apply for funding if they meet the above requirement. States/territories that did not report to HRSA a new ADAP waiting list or use the ADAP ERF to prevent, reduce, or eliminate an ADAP waiting list between January 2011 and July 2018 are not eligible to apply.
