Who can apply: Limited to active Health Center Program awardees

Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b) is eligible. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include all domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities, including faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations. In addition to the 50 U.S. states, only organizations in the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated State of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau may apply. If you are located outside the 50 states, you must still meet the eligibility requirements. The applicant organization may be located in an urban or rural area and should have the staffing and infrastructure necessary to oversee program activities, serve as the fiscal agent for the award, and ensure that local control for the award is vested in the targeted rural communities. All activities supported by RCORP-Implementation (i.e., all service delivery sites) must exclusively occur in HRSA-designated rural counties or rural census tracts in urban counties, as defined by the Rural Health Grants Eligibility Analyzer.

Who can apply: This Congressional Special Initiative is a limited competition program notice. To be eligible for NHHCIA funding, you must be either: • A current NHHCIA award recipient named in Table 1, or, • A new NHHCS applicant certified by POL and serving an island community, or multiple island communities, as specified in Table 1. You must provide proof of certification in Attachment 13 or your application will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for funding.

Who can apply: This funding opportunity is open to accredited dental education institutions eligible to receive RWHAP Part F funding under section 2692(b)(1)(B) of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act. Applicants are limited to accredited dental schools and other accredited dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental general practice residency

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A, B, C, and D. These include but are not limited to any domestic organizations of the following category: public and nonprofit private entities involved in addressing HIV-related issues at the regional or national level; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act; faith-based and community-based organizations; and Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations with or without federal recognition. Foreign entities are not eligible for these HRSA awards.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A, B, C and D. These include but are not limited to: public and nonprofit private entities involved in addressing HIV-related issues at the regional or national level; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act; faith-based and community-based organizations; and Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations with or without federal recognition.

Who can apply: •  Eligible applicants for the ISTP are: • A Teaching Health Center (as defined in PHS Act Section 749A(f)), or HRSA-21-087 6 • A Federally Qualified Health Center (as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act)14, or • A Community Mental Health Center (as defined in section 1861(ff)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act), or • A Rural Health Clinic (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act), or • A health center operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe, a tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act), or • An entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers. For purposes of this NOFO, an entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers is an existing accredited training program for one or more of the eligible disciplines that train practicing professionals.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, nurse-managed health clinics, academic health centers, State or local health departments, HRSA-supported Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, public or non-profit Hospitals, other emergency health care service providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Clinics receiving funding under Title X, and other similar public or private non-profit entities. Federally recognized Indian Tribal Government and Native American Organizations as well as community-based and faith-based non-profit organizations (under IRS 501(c)(3)) may apply if they are otherwise eligible. Who can apply: Public and nonprofit private entities, faith-based and community-based organizations, and Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible for this award.
