Nonprofit organizations previously funded to provide services in a state or jurisdiction that did not apply for or was not approved to receive MIECHV Program funding and that received FY 2025 MIECHV Base and Matching Grant Awards are also eligible to apply in FY 2026 if the state, territory, or Eligibility – Who can apply
