Critical Access Hospital Data and Analysis: Flex Monitoring Team

Provides data for critical access hospitals related to quality, finance and community measures and analysis of effectiveness of strategies implemented to improve outcomes. The Flex Monitoring Team is a consortium of the Rural Health Research Centers in Minnesota, North Carolina, and Maine brought together to evaluate the impact of the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program. The data and program analysis provide State Flex Programs and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) with ways to optimize their performance based on evidence and/or best practices.
