Through the State and Regional Primary Care Association (PCA) Cooperative Agreements competition, HRSA awarded approximately $43 million in funding to establish 51 cooperative agreements in 2012. HRSA cooperative agreements with state and regional organizations provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to potential and existing Health Center Program grantees and look-alikes, including:
