Track Grant Application

Use the Track Your Application form to find out where your application is in our process. You will need: Funding Opportunity Number, Application Tracking Number, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).

Note: Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is a 12-character alphanumeric identifier provided by SAM.gov.

1. Application Receipt

During this step, you submit your application through Grants.gov. If it’s a two-tier application, you will also submit it through Electronic Handbooks (EHBs).

2. Screening Review

During this step, we screen your application for eligibility, completeness, responsiveness, and timeliness. If we decide your application is ineligible, incomplete, or non-responsive, we will not consider you for funding.

3. Technical Review

During this step, grant reviewers rank your application by the criteria in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). They advise program officials on the merits of each application. You’ll receive a summary of the reviewers’ comments about the strengths and weaknesses of your application.

4. Award Determination

During this step, we use the grant reviewers’ recommendations to determine who will receive funding. We review the selected applications to ensure they comply with HRSA program requirements and your financial viability. We then make our final decisions on who receives funding.
