The Supporting Healthy Start Performance Project ensures effectiveness and efficiency in Healthy Start recipients' implementation of components of the Healthy Start models. The Center provides technical assistance, training and education to Healthy Start grantees in the implementation of the program's approaches to reduce disparities in infant mortality and adverse perinatal outcomes.
