Miscellaneous: If a subsidiary organization received a Provider Relief Fund Targeted Distribution, and subsequently transferred it to its parent organization, which organization should report on the use?

If a subsidiary organization received a Provider Relief Fund Targeted Distribution, and subsequently transferred it to its parent organization, which organization should report on the use?

The subsidiary as the original recipient of the payment must report on the use of funds and any amount that was transfer to the parent organization in accordance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. For information on returning funds, visit the How to Return Unused PRF Funds page.
