Recipients of Rural Health Clinic COVID-19 Testing and Mitigation (RHCCTM) Program funding include eligible RHCs with a unique, active CCN listed in either the CMS Provider of Service file (July 2021) or the CMS Survey & Certification's Quality, Certification and Oversight Reports (QCOR) before July 15, 2021. Additional RHCs who meet program requirements may become eligible for future payments, subject to the availability of funds.
HRSA issued a total $475.2 million to 4,752 RHCs. Each eligible RHC received $100,000.
