OPTN Management and Membership Policies
The OPTN Management and Membership Policies address administrative aspects of the OPTN and requirements for OPTN membership.
Updated 3/27/2025
Prior to July 2024, OPTN management and membership requirements were included in the OPTN Bylaws. The OPTN Board of Directors established these policies in a new, standalone document to better delineate them from bylaws that address OPTN governance.
