Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, state, or local governments, and other public or private nonprofit entities determined appropriate by the Secretary, such as HRSA-supported health centers or Rural Health Clinics. Eligible applicants located in the 50 states of the U.S., the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau, may apply for these funds. Domestic community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply, if otherwise eligible. Under an academic-clinical partnership, either partner can apply under this NOFO, however both partners cannot be award recipients. Individuals and for-profit entities are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants for the ISTP are: • A Teaching Health Center (as defined in PHS Act Section 749A(f)), or • A Federally Qualified Health Center (as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act)14, or • A Community Mental Health Center (as defined in section 1861(ff)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act), or • A Rural Health Clinic (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act), or • A health center operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe, a tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act), or • An entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for NPs, PAs, health service psychologists, counselors, nurses, and/or social workers (including individuals completing clinical training requirements for licensure) and including entities that serve pediatric populations. For purposes of this NOFO, an entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for NPs, PAs, health service psychologists, counselors, nurses, and/or social workers (including individuals completing clinical training requirements for licensure) is an existing accredited training program for one or more of the eligible disciplines that trains practicing professionals. Provide documentation of applicant organization’s eligibility as specified in this section as Attachment 8.

For purposes of this NOFO, an entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for NPs, PAs, health service psychologists, counselors, nurses, and/or social workers (including individuals completing clinical training requirements for licensure) is an existing accredited training program for one or more of the eligible disciplines that trains practicing professionals. Provide documentation of applicant organization’s eligibility as specified in this section as Attachment 8.

Who can apply: Eligible entities are programs of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry in public or private nonprofit dental or dental hygiene schools, or approved residency or advanced education programs in the practice of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry. You must submit accreditation documentation for the relevant training program and a non-profit status IRS letter in Attachment 7, as identified in Section IV.5 of this NOFO. Current recipients of awards under the 2021 Dental Faculty Loan Repayment Program (HRSA-21-019) and the 2022 Dental Faculty Loan Repayment Program (HRSA-22-046) are not eligible to apply for this NOFO because they are still within their project period. Entities outside the United States and its territories are not eligible to apply for this NOFO. Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible if they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are the four HBCUs designated in statute: • Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry; • Meharry Medical College School of Medicine; • Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine; and • Xavier University of Louisiana School of Pharmacy.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, state or local governments, and other public or private nonprofit entities determined appropriate by the Secretary. Domestic community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply, if otherwise eligible. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible applicants under this NOFO. Applicants must be accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs at the time of application, and for the duration of the award.

Who can apply: An eligible entity is a community-based ambulatory patient care center that: i. Will operate an accredited primary care residency program. Specific examples of eligible outpatient settings include, but are not limited to: ? Federally qualified health centers, as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1396d(l)(2)(B)]; ? Community mental health centers, as defined in section 1861(ff)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1395x(ff)(3)(B)]; ? Rural health clinics, as defined in section 1861(aa)(2) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)(2)]; ? Health centers operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe or tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act [25 U.S.C. 1603]); and ? An entity receiving funds under Title X of the PHS Act. The list of entities above is not exhaustive, but does reflect the intent of the program to provide training in community-based settings such as those served by the institutions listed.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include: a. An accredited school of public health or school of medicine or osteopathic medicine; b. an accredited public or private nonprofit hospital; c. a state, local or tribal health department; or d. a consortium of two or more eligible entities as described in items, a, b, or c. PMR programs must be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). An official letter from ACGME must be submitted to HRSA with the application to document the approved accreditation status of the program with the beginning and ending dates of the current accreditation. Accreditation documentation must be submitted as Attachment 1. Eligible applicants include public and private nonprofit entities. Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply if they meet the eligibility requirements specified in items a through d.

Eligible entities include accredited public or nonprofit private hospitals, schools of allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, or a public or private non-profit entity, including community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations, which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out a residency training program in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics or combined internal medicine and pediatrics (“med-peds”), which for the purposes of this NOFO are programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Accreditation documentation must be submitted as Attachment 1.

Who can apply:

Eligible entities include accredited public or nonprofit private hospitals, schools of allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, or a public or private non-profit entity, including community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations, which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out a residency training program in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics or combined internal medicine and pediatrics (“med-peds”), which for the purposes of this NOFO are programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Accreditation documentation must be submitted as Attachment 1.
