Who can apply: ECT funding is available to currently designated Health Center Program LALs, which, as set forth above, are health centers that: (1) are designated by HRSA as providing comprehensive primary health care services in compliance with all Health Center Program requirements, but (2) do not receive Health Center Program grant funding. Eligible applicants must be designated as LALs by the date of NOFO release. See the LAL ECT technical assistance webpage for a list of currently designated LALs.

Who can apply: You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements for consideration for funding under this announcement. a) You are an existing health center receiving Health Center Program operational support (under sections 330(e), (g), (h), and/or (i)) at the time of application and at the time of award. b) You have at least one service delivery site located in a FEMA declared disaster-impacted area within your approved health center scope of project (as indicated on your Form 5B: Service Sites) See Appendix A for a list of disaster-impacted areas.

Who can apply:  Fundingwill be limited to currently funded Health Center Program awardees.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or nonprofit private entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: PCHP funding is available to approximately 202 health centers receiving H80 funding in the geographic locations identified by the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. • All health centers currently (as of November 1, 2019) receiving RWHAP funding either directly or as a sub-recipient (co-funded) that have at least one operational service delivery site (as of November 1, 2019) in one of the geographic locations. • All health centers that have at least one operational service delivery site in counties without co-funded health centers. • The four health centers that have at least one operational service delivery site proximate to the five RWHAP-funded organizations in Oklahoma.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or nonprofit private entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.5 Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, non-profit, or for-profit entities that provide T/TA to community-based organizations that have or are seeking Health Center Program award recipient or look-alike designation status. Faith-based, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply for NTTAP funding. New organizations and organizations currently receiving funding as NCAs under Section 330(l) may submit applications.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, non-profit, or for-profit entities that can provide T/TA to organizations that have or are seeking Health Center Program funding or look-alike designation. Faith-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply for PCA funding. New organizations and organizations currently receiving funding as PCAs under Section 330(l) may submit applications.
