- The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is now open for Reporting Period 7 (RP7). Providers who received a PRF (General or Targeted) and/or American Rescue Plan Rural payment(s), exceeding $10,000 in the aggregate, from January 1 to June 30, 2023, are required to report on their use of funds during RP7. The deadline to submit a report is September 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Providers must return unused funds to HRSA within 30 days of submitting a report. Visit the Returning Funds webpage for more details and instructions on returning funds to HRSA.

The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Period 6 (RP6) opened July 1, 2024, and will remain open until September 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Providers who received one or more PRF (General or Targeted) and/or American Rescue Plan Rural payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from January 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023, must report on their use of funds during RP7 to comply with PRF Reporting Requirements (PDF - 137 KB). First time reporters can get started by registering in the PRF Reporting Portal. If a reporting entity has previously reported, they do not need to register again and may log into the Portal with their username, TIN, and password. For more information visit the PRF Reporting webpage.
