SF-424 Application Guide (PDF - 847 KB)

SF-424 R&R Application Guide (PDF - 932) This "version 2" R&R guide applies to HRSA's FY17 R&R FOAs posted after June 1, 2016

The Application Guides and video provide detailed instructions to help you prepare and submit the following through Grants.gov using the Workspace process: new, competing continuation, and competing supplement applications that require the Application for Federal Assistance SF-424 Non-Construction and SF-424 R&R (Research & Related) application packages.

The Guides, companion documents to the notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs), present general information related to the application preparation and submission process. HRSA's Division of Grants Policy in the Office of Federal Assistance Management periodically updates and maintains this document.

The video and documents do not replace program-specific guidance provided in NOFOs.
