About the program
Goal 1: Support a network of committed partners that can establish, implement, and sustain SUD and related behavioral health prevention, treatment, recovery, and other supportive services in rural areas. Goal 2: Create action plans to increase the number, types, and/or caseload capacity of SUD service access points in rural areas that respond to documented community contexts and needs. Goal 3: Strengthen the capacity of service providers and organizations so they can deliver high-quality, comprehensive care.
Who can apply
You can apply if you are a domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity.
“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
