Goal 1: 1. SUD Direct Service Delivery: Establish or expand coordinated, comprehensive, and evidence-based SUD, including OUD, prevention, treatment, and recovery services.Goal 2: 2. Supportive Services: Establish, expand, or enhance coordination with supportive social services to ensure that rural individuals and families impacted by SUD have the greatest opportunity possible for sustained, long-term recovery.Goal 3: 2. Who can apply

All domestic public or private, non-profit, and for-profit, entities are eligible to apply.

“Domestic” means the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.
