Goal 1: Each recipient will establish a new, accredited rural residency program in a qualifying specialty by the end of the period of performance.Goal 2: Each recipient will finalize detailed pro forma for program sustainability by the end of the first year of the period of performance.Goal 3: Each recipient will finalize and submit detailed graduate outcome tracking plan by the end of the second year of the period of performance.

Who can apply

Only domestic organizations are eligible. “Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. 

Faith-based organizations are eligible.
