Who can apply: This competition is open to current recipients and new eligible applicants proposing to provide comprehensive primary health care and support services in outpatient settings for low income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV in the service areas as described in Appendix C. You can apply if your organization is in the United States and if your organization is a public or non-profit private entity and, as identified in section 2652(a)(1) of the PHS Act, are one of the following types: • Federally-qualified health centers under section 1905(1)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act; • Grant recipients under section 1001 of the PHS Act (regarding family planning) other than States; • Comprehensive hemophilia diagnostic and treatment centers; • Rural health clinics; • Health facilities operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service; • Community-based organizations, clinics, hospitals, and other health facilities that provide early intervention services to people who contracted HIV through intravenous drug use; or • Nonprofit private entities that provide comprehensive primary care services to populations at risk of HIV, including faith-based and community-based organizations. • Native American tribal governments and organizations are eligible.

Who can apply: Your organization must be a Health Center Program award recipient with an active H80 grant award to apply. Health Center Program award recipients are organizations funded under Section 330(e), (g), (h), and/or (i) of the Public Health Service Act.

Who can apply: You can apply if your organization is in the United States, territory, or compact of free association and is: • Accredited by a professional organization in the field of poison control and complying with the operational requirements needed to sustain accreditation; • Accredited by a state government that has standards for accreditation that reasonably provide for the protection of the public health with respect to poisoning; or • Granted a waiver by the Secretary if the center can reasonably demonstrate that the center will obtain such an accreditation within a reasonable time, as determined appropriate by the Secretary. The only professional organization currently approved to provide accreditation is America’s Poison Centers (the Association). Unaccredited poison control centers (PCCs) are eligible for a grant waiver if they can demonstrate that they will obtain accreditation within a reasonable time, not to exceed 5 years. Native American tribal governments are eligible. Native American tribal organizations are eligible.

Who can apply: Under Sections 2620 and 2689(11) of the PHS Act, all “States” – defined as all 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands – are eligible for RWHAP Part B supplemental funding, unless any such state/territory had an unobligated balance of more than five percent of a prior year’s formula funds which include the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Per statute, Tribes and tribal organizations are not eligible.

Who can apply: Only these types of domestic organizations (see note) may apply: Accredited domestic dental schools and other accredited domestic dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs, or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital with a dental education program that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental-general practice residency. Dental education programs must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Note: “Domestic” means the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: States are eligible to apply for funding under this notice, including states that are current Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program award recipients under HRSA-19-024 or states submitting a new application from a Governor designated entity. HRSA will accept only one application from each state. The Governor designates the organization that may submit an application on behalf of each state.

Who can apply: Competing Continuation Applicants: Entities that are currently funded under HRSA-19-019 are eligible to apply as competing continuation applicants. New Applicants: Eligible applicants are state professional licensing boards including but not limited to organizations that are in consortia with or associations of state licensing boards that cooperate to develop and implement state policies that will reduce statutory and regulatory barriers to telehealth.
