Who can apply:

Academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of TItle XXVI of the Public Helath Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.

Who can apply: This competition is open to current RWHAP Part D grant recipients and new, eligible applicant organizations proposing to provide RWHAP Part D family-centered care in outpatient or ambulatory care settings to low income women, infants, children, and youth (WICY) with HIV in the entire service area as identified in the FY 2026 NOFO. As identified in section 2671 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, eligible applicants include public and nonprofit private entities (including a health facility operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service) that provide family-centered care involving outpatient or ambulatory care for WICY with HIV.

Who can apply: Current recipients funded under HRSA-22-033 (which include all 50 States the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands)

Who can apply: The eligible applicants are state governments and accredited schools of medicine.

Who can apply: Domestic means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: You are eligible if your organization is a domestic public or private nonprofit institution of higher education. For the purposes of this NOFO, eligible entities are programs that were funded between 2011 through 2025, under sections 736, 739, or 747 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.
