Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b), is eligible to apply for federal funding under this notice. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic community-based organizations, including faith-based organizations, are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicant organizations for the Rural HIV/AIDS Planning program must meet geographic requirements. (Note: the award will be made to only one member of the consortium, the applicant organization, which will serve as the recipient of record.) The applicant organization must be rural nonprofit private or rural public entity that represents a consortium/network composed of three or more health care providers. Network members may be rural or urban, nonprofit or for-profit entities. Federally recognized tribal entities are eligible to apply as long as they are located in a non-metropolitan county or in a rural census tract of a metropolitan county, and all services must be provided in a non-metropolitan county or rural census tract. If the applicant organization’s headquarters are located in a metropolitan or urban county, that also serves or has branches in a non-metropolitan or rural county, the applicant organization is not eligible to apply solely because of the rural areas they serve. Who can apply: Eligible applicants are domestic public or private non-profit entities including domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations. Specifically, these organizations include: 1) rural hospitals, 2) rural community-based ambulatory patient care centers, including federally qualified health centers (FQHC), community mental health centers or rural health clinics, 3) health centers operated by the Indian Health Service, tribe or tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization; 4) graduate medical education consortiums, including schools of allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, 5) entities such as faith-based and community-based organizations, capable of carrying out the grant activities. :

Who can apply: Only Centers of Excellence in MCH Education, Science, and Practice recipients funded under HRSA-20-042 are eligible to apply for this competitive supplement.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are accredited schools of nursing, nurse managed health clinics/centers, academic health centers, state or local governments and other private or public nonprofit entities determined appropriate by the HHS Secretary. For the purposes of this NOFO, FQHCs are eligible applicants. The NP residency program must be accredited by a recognized, professional NP accreditation organization, or be in the process of accreditation.21 At minimum, the applicant has completed the NP residency program self-assessment and has submitted either a notice of intent to apply or an application to a NP residency accrediting organization. The most successful applicants will have either an accredited NP residency program, or have had the initial on site full assessment by the NP residency accrediting organization. The NP residency program must maintain its accreditation throughout the period of performance. Loss of active accreditation status may be cause for HRSA to cease or reduce recipient funding levels beyond the first project period year. Consortiums may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Each entity must meet the eligibility requirements for this NOFO. HRSA will make one award per consortium to the applicant of the consortium provided it is an eligible entity and has the legal authority to apply for and to receive the award on behalf of the other consortium members. An entity can be a partner to multiple ANE-NPRIP NOFO applications, but can only be an applicant on one application. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. In addition to the 50 states, only eligible applicants in the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau may apply. Individuals and for-profit entities are not eligible applicants under this NOFO. Individuals should consult directly with the academic institution where they receive their training (not HRSA) regarding components of or experiences at that training program.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, State or local governments, and other private or public non-profit entities determined appropriate by the Secretary. Eligible faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, and Tribes and Tribal Organizations can apply for these funds if they are otherwise eligible. For profit entities are not eligible under this Notice of Funding Opportunity. Individuals are not eligible to apply.

Who can apply: In accordance with Sections 831(g) and 831A(f) of the PHS Act, eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, health care facilities, or a partnership of such a school and facility. Schools of nursing affiliated with the proposed project must be accredited public or private schools. Applicants must provide documentation of current accreditation by a recognized body or bodies or by a state agency approved for such purpose by the U.S. Department of Education as Attachment 5. In addition to the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau may apply. Tribes and Tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Foreign entities are not eligible for this HRSA award.

Who can apply: Applicants are limited to accredited dental schools and other accredited dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental general practice residency.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include the following: State-licensed mental health nonprofit and for-profit organizations (see definition in Section VIII). These organizations must be able to support programs for pre-service or in-service training of paraprofessional child, adolescent and transitional aged youth mental health workers. These training programs can include behavioral health-related paraprofessional occupations such as peer support specialist, peer support counselor, community health worker, outreach worker, behavioral health aide, social services aide, substance abuse/addictions worker, youth worker, and promotor/a (for full list of occupations see the Paraprofessional definition in section VIII). For the purpose of this NOFO, these organizations may include academic institutions, including universities, community colleges and technical schools, which must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency, as specified by the U.S. Department of Education. Domestic faith-based and community-based  organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Individuals are not eligible to apply under this NOFO. In addition to the 50 states, eligible entities include the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply:  Additionaleligible applicants are: • a health care facility • a program leading tocertification as a certified nurse assistant, • a partnership of a school ofnursing such and facility, or •  a partnership of such a program and facility.Community based and Faith based organizations may apply if otherwise eligible. ?
