The purpose of the THCGME Program is to provide funding to support the training of residents in primary care residency training programs in community-based ambulatory patient care centers.

Who can apply

Current THCGME Program payment recipients that were awarded funding under HRSA-22-105 and HRSA-22-139, that operate accredited primary care residency programs, or have formed a graduate medical education (GME) consortium that operates an accredited primary care residency program, in one of the following specialties/disciplines: Family Medicine; Internal Medicine; Pediatrics; Internal Medicine-Pediatrics; Obstetrics and Gynecology; Psychiatry; General Dentistry; Pediatric Dentistry, and Geriatrics.
