About the program
Goal 1: Program results will include: - Expanding nutrition services to rural and underserved communities in primary and specialty care settings. - Increasing the capacity of telehealth networks. - Developing innovative strategies, methods, or tools to integrate nutrition services into primary and specialty care settings. - Generating data to help evaluate the program and activities.
Who can apply
“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
