Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A, B, C and D. These include but are not limited to: public and nonprofit private entities involved in addressing HIV-related issues at the regional or national level; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act; faith-based and community-based organizations; and Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations with or without federal recognition.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, nurse-managed health clinics, academic health centers, State or local health departments, HRSA-supported Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, public or non-profit Hospitals, other emergency health care service providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Clinics receiving funding under Title X, and other similar public or private non-profit entities. Federally recognized Indian Tribal Government and Native American Organizations as well as community-based and faith-based non-profit organizations (under IRS 501(c)(3)) may apply if they are otherwise eligible. Who can apply: •  Eligible applicants for the ISTP are: • A Teaching Health Center (as defined in PHS Act Section 749A(f)), or HRSA-21-087 6 • A Federally Qualified Health Center (as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act)14, or • A Community Mental Health Center (as defined in section 1861(ff)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act), or • A Rural Health Clinic (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act), or • A health center operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe, a tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act), or • An entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers. For purposes of this NOFO, an entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers is an existing accredited training program for one or more of the eligible disciplines that train practicing professionals.

Who can apply: Eligible entities for the PCTE-CPMH program are an accredited public or nonprofit private hospital, school of medicine or osteopathic medicine, academically affiliated physician assistant training program, or a public or private nonprofit entity which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out such a grant. Faith-based and community-based organizations are eligible to apply for these funds if otherwise eligible. Tribes and tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible.

Who can apply: Public and nonprofit private entities, faith-based and community-based organizations, and Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible for this award.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or non-profit agencies, including institutions of higher education. See Title III, § 399BB(e)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible entities for the PCTE-CPMH program are an accredited public or nonprofit private hospital, school of medicine or osteopathic medicine, academically affiliated physician assistant training program, or a public or private nonprofit entity which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out such a grant. Faith-based and community-based organizations are eligible to apply for these funds if otherwise eligible. Tribes and tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible.

Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b) is eligible to apply. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under Parts A - D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, including public and nonprofit private entities; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; and community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or nonprofit private entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.7 Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.
