Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program (HTPCP)
Who can apply:
Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b), is eligible to apply for federal funding under this notice. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic community-based organizations, including faith-based organizations, are eligible to apply.
Women’s Preventive Services Initiative
Who can apply:
Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. 450b) is eligible to apply. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible to apply.
Innovations in Newborn Screening Interoperability
Who can apply:
Per statute, eligible applicants include: (1) a state or a political subdivision of a state; (2) a consortium of two or more states or political subdivisions of states; (3) a territory;(4) a health facility or program operated by or pursuant to a contract with or grant from the Indian Health Service; or (5) any other entity with appropriate expertise in newborn screening, as determined by the Secretary.
Per 42 U.S.C. § 201, the term “state” includes, in addition to the several states, only the District of Columbia, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.
Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.
Strengthening the MCH Public Health Academic Pipeline – Competitive Supplement to the Centers of Excellence in MCH Education, Science, and Practice Program
Who can apply:
Only Centers of Excellence in MCH Education, Science, and Practice recipients funded under HRSA-20-042 are eligible to apply for this competitive supplement.
U5D MCH Pediatric Research Network Program (PedsRN)
Who can apply:
Only domestic public or nonprofit institutions of higher learning and public or private nonprofit agencies engaged in research or in programs relating to maternal and child health and/or services for children with special health care needs are eligible to apply. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(b). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.
