Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part D Coordinated HIV Services and Access to Research for Women, Infants, Children, and Youth (WICY) Existing Geographic Service Areas
Who can apply:
This competition is open to current RWHAP Part D grant recipients and new, eligible applicant organizations proposing to provide RWHAP Part D family-centered care in outpatient or ambulatory care settings to low income women, infants, children, and youth (WICY) with HIV in the entire service area as identified in the FY 2026 NOFO. As identified in section 2671 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, eligible applicants include public and nonprofit private entities (including a health facility operated by or pursuant to a contract with the Indian Health Service) that provide family-centered care involving outpatient or ambulatory care for WICY with HIV.
National HIV Clinical Training for Residents Program
Who can apply:
Academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of TItle XXVI of the Public Helath Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.
Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F Dental Reimbursement Program
Who can apply:
Eligible participants are domestic dental schools and other accredited domestic dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental general practice residency. Dental education programs must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Ryan White HIV/AIDs Program Part B States/Territories Supplemental Grant Program
Who can apply:
Current recipients funded under HRSA-22-033 (which include all 50 States the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands)
HIV Technical Assistance for Indian Country
Who can apply:
Academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of TItle XXVI of the Public Helath Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.
Nutrition Security for People with HIV: Implementation Technical Assistance Provider
