Who can apply:

Only domestic organizations are eligible. “Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: You can apply if your organization is located in a rural county or parish in the Delta region and is one of the below eligible organization types. The Delta region is the region served by the Delta Regional Authority, which includes 252 counties and parishes located across eight states - Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
