Who can apply: All domestic public or private, non-profit, and for-profit, entities are eligible to apply.

Who can apply: We will only accept applications from state-licensed mental health nonprofit or state-licensed mental health for-profit organizations. These organizations include, but are not limited to, entities licensed or certified by an authorized political subdivision or instrumentality of a state to provide training in behavioral health. These may include academic institutions, including universities, community colleges and technical schools, which must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency, as specified by the U.S. Department of Education. Domestic community-based organizations, public entities, tribes, and tribal organizations may apply for these funds, if otherwise eligible. Individuals are not eligible to apply.

Who can apply: This is a limited competition program notice. To be eligible for administrative funding under this NOFO, you must be Papa Ola Lokahi. To be eligible for services funding under this NOFO, you must be a Native Hawaiian Health Care System (NHHCS) that has been recognized and certified by POL as qualified to provide comprehensive health promotion, disease prevention, and primary health services that are tailored to fit the needs of the Native Hawaiian communities. Recognized and certified NHHCSs and their respective island communities are listed in Table 1.You must provide proof of Papa Ola Lokahi’s recognition and certification in Attachment 13, or your application will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for funding.

Who can apply: You can apply if your organization is in the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau, and is: • Public or private • Community-based • Native American tribal governments  • Native American tribal organizations

Who can apply: You can apply if your organization is in the United States, territory, or compact of free association and is: • Accredited by a professional organization in the field of poison control and complying with the operational requirements needed to sustain accreditation; • Accredited by a state government that has standards for accreditation that reasonably provide for the protection of the public health with respect to poisoning; or • Granted a waiver by the Secretary if the center can reasonably demonstrate that the center will obtain such an accreditation within a reasonable time, as determined appropriate by the Secretary. The only professional organization currently approved to provide accreditation is America’s Poison Centers (the Association). Unaccredited poison control centers (PCCs) are eligible for a grant waiver if they can demonstrate that they will obtain accreditation within a reasonable time, not to exceed 5 years. Native American tribal governments are eligible. Native American tribal organizations are eligible.

Who can apply: Only these types of domestic organizations (see note) may apply: Accredited domestic dental schools and other accredited domestic dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs, or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital with a dental education program that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental-general practice residency. Dental education programs must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Note: “Domestic” means the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: Under Sections 2620 and 2689(11) of the PHS Act, all “States” – defined as all 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands – are eligible for RWHAP Part B supplemental funding, unless any such state/territory had an unobligated balance of more than five percent of a prior year’s formula funds which include the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Per statute, Tribes and tribal organizations are not eligible.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are state recipients funded under HRSA-24-002, Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program cooperative agreement. This is a competitive supplemental funding opportunity. Only states eligible for cooperative agreements awarded under HRSA-24-002 are eligible to apply for funding under this notice.
