Who can apply: All entities capable of providing TA.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include nonprofit private or public organizations, including local and/or regional community-based organizations (CBOs), with demonstrated experience in implementing public health programs, particularly in medically underserved areas. This includes Tribes and Tribal organizations. Applicants may engage as individual organizations or create a partnership of organizations with the capacity to complete program activities (i.e. one award recipient with one or multiple subrecipient organizations). Program activities include hiring community outreach workers from the vulnerable and medically underserved communities they will serve and reaching out to these communities; specifically the areas or populations with low vaccination rates to date. Applicants should use recent, relevant data sources to identify counties and target populations of need (see Section IV.7).

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are current recipients who are currently receiving funding under HRSA-20-046 Regional Genetics Network program.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants shall be domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit, entities, including faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations. The applicant organization may be located in an urban or rural area but must have demonstrated experience serving, or the capacity to serve, rural underserved populations. However, all activities supported by this program must exclusively target populations residing in HRSA-designated rural counties or rural census tracts in urban counties. To ascertain whether a particular county or census tract is rural, please refer to https://data.hrsa.gov/tools/rural-health?tab=Address. Applicants should list the rural areas (counties) that will be served. Proposed counties should be fully rural, but if counties are partially rural counties, please include the rural census tract(s) in the Project Abstract. The applicant organization should also describe their experience and/or capacity serving rural populations in the Project Abstract section of the application. It is important that applicants list the rural counties (or rural census tract(s) if the county is partially rural) that will be served through  their proposed project, as this will be one of the factors that will determine the applicant organization’s eligibility to apply for this funding.

Who can apply: Eligible applicant organizations include accredited schools of dentistry, public or nonprofit private hospitals, or public or private nonprofit entities which the Secretary has determined are capable of carrying out such grant or contract such as an academic health center with an accredited primary care dental residency program. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply, if otherwise eligible. The Center and subrecipient home institutions must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) before September 1, 2021. HRSA will check the CODA website for accreditation confirmation.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants are domestic public or private, non-profit entities, including faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations, institutions of higher education, state and local governments, and hospitals. Recipients of the RRPD Program (HRSA-19-088 and HRSA-20-107) are not eligible to receive funding under this notice. Similarly, the RRPD-TA award recipient will not be eligible for funding under the RRPD Program, contingent on future funding opportunities.

Who can apply: Under Sections 2620 and 2689(11) of the PHS Act, all “States” – defined as all 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands – are eligible for RWHAP Part B supplemental funding. However, any state/territory that had an unobligated balance of more than five percent of their FY 2019 formula funds is not eligible to apply for the FY 2021 RWHAP State/Territories Part B Supplemental Grant Program. Based on the criteria listed above, the following entity is not eligible to apply to this NOFO: o Federated States of Micronesia

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include nonprofit private or public organizations with demonstrated experience in implementing public health programs and established relationships with such State, territorial, or local public health departments, particularly in medically underserved areas. This includes Tribes and Tribal organizations as well. Applicants should have demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing public health programs across broad geographic areas. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate the ability to provide services to areas and populations not being reached by current COVID-19 vaccination and response efforts. Applicants are expected to have, and should be able to clearly describe the partnerships they have formed at both the regional and local level to directly assist individuals in getting the COVID-19 vaccine. These partnerships should include organizations such as community-based organizations and other health and social service organizations that can directly hire community outreach workers from the vulnerable and medically underserved communities they will serve and can reach out to these communities across the country; specifically the areas or populations with low vaccination rates to date. Applicants should use recent, relevant data sources to identify counties and target populations of high social vulnerability (see Section IV.7). Applicants should propose a multi-state or multi-regional approach with strong local partnerships.

Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b) is eligible to apply. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible to apply.
