In this session, we’ll highlight factors to consider when developing and managing a grant budget. It will explore NOFO requirements and cost limitations and touch on allowable and unallowable costs and the importance of budget justifications.

In this session, we’ll discuss how to determine if a cost is allowable, provide guidance for how to document costs associated with your grants, and present examples of allowable and unallowable costs and adequate supporting documentation.

In this session, we’ll provide an overview of the Objective Review Committee (ORC) independent review process for competitive applications. We will also:
- Provide a brief introduction of how review panel members are selected.
- Provide an overview of the activities involved in the ORC process.
- Discuss how the summary statements are developed.
Beyond the Basics - Budgeting and Rebudgeting
