What a grant does
It funds ideas and projects that serve the public. We give grants to educational and community groups. This helps them solve a need in their area.
Technology-Enabled Learning Collaborative Program
Eligible applicants shall be domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities with demonstrated and established experience in utilizing telehealth technologies to serve underserved populations. Faith-based, community-based organizations, and federally recognized tribes, urban tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.
State Offices of Rural Health
States with State Offices of Rural Health are eligible to apply. Only one applicant from each state is eligible, based on the designation of the governor.
Nurse Faculty Loan Program
You can apply if you are an accredited school of nursing.
Any domestic schools of nursing affiliated with this application must be:
- Accredited at the time of application and for the duration of the award.
- Accredited by a national or state agency recognized by the Secretary of Education for the purposes of nursing education.
You must submit official documentation of accreditation in Attachment 1 for all affiliated nursing programs.
Tribes and tribal organizations may be eligible if they own and operate an accredited school of nursing.
Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award Institutional Research Training Grant (NRSA)
You are eligible if your organization is a domestic public or private nonprofit institution of higher education.
For the purposes of this NOFO, eligible entities are programs that were funded between 2011 through 2025, under sections 736, 739, or 747 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.
Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Other Related Disabilities (LEND)
These types of domestic* organizations may apply:
- Public or nonprofit agencies, including institutions of higher education.
“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F Dental Reimbursement Program
Eligible participants are domestic dental schools and other accredited domestic dental education programs, such as dental hygiene programs or those sponsored by a school of dentistry, a hospital, or a public or private institution that offers postdoctoral training in the specialties of dentistry, advanced education in general dentistry, or a dental general practice residency. Dental education programs must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation

Current recipients funded under HRSA-22-033 (which include all 50 States the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands)
