Who can apply: Eligible applicants shall be domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities with demonstrated experience utilizing telehealth technologies to serve rural underserved populations. Faith-based, community-based organizations, and federally recognized tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. Services must be provided to rural areas, although the applicant can be located in an urban area.

Who can apply: Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b) is eligible. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations are also eligible.

Who can apply: •  Eligible applicants for the ISTP are: • A Teaching Health Center (as defined in PHS Act Section 749A(f)), or HRSA-21-087 6 • A Federally Qualified Health Center (as defined in section 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act)14, or • A Community Mental Health Center (as defined in section 1861(ff)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act), or • A Rural Health Clinic (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act), or • A health center operated by the Indian Health Service, an Indian tribe, a tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act), or • An entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers. For purposes of this NOFO, an entity with a demonstrated record of success in providing training for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health service psychologists, and/or social workers is an existing accredited training program for one or more of the eligible disciplines that train practicing professionals.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or non-profit agencies, including institutions of higher education. See Title III, § 399BB(e)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: States with State Offices of Rural Health are eligible to apply. Only one applicant from each state is eligible, based on the designation of the governor.

Who can apply: All domestic public and private entities, non-profit and for-profit, are eligible to apply. Eligible entities may include, but are not limited to, public and private institutions of higher education, public and private health research organizations, foundations, tribes and tribal organizations, and faith-based entities.

Who can apply: For the purposes of this program, eligible applicants include: • Accredited institutions of higher education or accredited professional training programs that are establishing or expanding internships or other field placement programs in mental health in psychiatry, psychology, school psychology, behavioral pediatrics, psychiatric nursing (which may include master’s and doctoral level programs), social work, school social work, SUD prevention and treatment, marriage and family therapy, occupational therapy, school counseling, or professional counseling, including such programs with a focus on child and adolescent mental health, trauma, and transitional-age youth; • Accredited doctoral, internship, and post-doctoral residency programs of health service psychology (including clinical psychology, counseling, and school psychology); and • Accredited master’s and doctoral degree programs of social work for the development and implementation of interdisciplinary training of social work graduate students for providing behavioral health services, including trauma-informed care and substance use disorder prevention and treatment
