Who can apply:

Academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of TItle XXVI of the Public Helath Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.

Who can apply: Only domestic organizations are eligible. "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: You can apply if you are a Health Center Program award recipient with an active H80 award. A Health Center Program (H80) award is funded under §330(e) of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.

These may include universities, community colleges and technical schools, which must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency, as specified by the U.S. Department of Education. • Nonprofits with or without a 501(c)(3) IRS status • Faith-based and community-based organizations • Hospitals • HRSA-funded health centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) • Rural health clinics • Other community-based clinical settings • State, county, city, township, and special district governments • Native American tribal governments • Native American tribal organizations Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training for Paraprofessionals award recipients with funding that ends on August 31, 2025 can apply as a “Competing Continuation” applicant, so long as there is not a change in scope. Previous BHWET for Paraprofessionals recipients whose funding ended before September 1, 2021 should apply as a “New” applicant. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include all 50 states and 6 territories and jurisdictions: the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Nonprofit organizations previously funded to provide services in a state or jurisdiction that did not apply for or was not approved to receive MIECHV Program funding and that received FY 2024 MIECHV Base and Matching Grant Awards are also eligible to apply in FY 2025 if the state, territory, or jurisdiction also does not apply or is not approved to receive award funding under this NCC Update.
