Who can apply:

Applications can be from the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO. 

Who can apply:

A Health Center Program (H80) award is funded under §§ 330(e) of the PHS Act. Awards may include funding to support health centers to serve a population that is medically underserved (community health center or CHC funding) or to serve one or more special medically underserved populations as defined in §§ 330 (g) Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural Workers (MSAW funding), (h) Homeless Population (HP funding), and/or (i) Residents of Public Housing (RPH funding).You can apply if you propose to serve a service area listed in the SAAT and you meet the criteria in the Other Eligibility Criteria section.

• You can apply as a Competing Continuation applicant if you are a current Health Center Program (H80) award recipient, and you are applying to continue serving your current service area.
• You can apply as a Competing Supplement applicant if you are a current Health Center Program (H80) award recipient that will serve an announced service area by adding one or more new, full-time, permanent service delivery sites to serve the additional area.
• You can apply as a New applicant if you are not currently funded through the Health Center Program, and you are applying to serve a service area listed in the SAAT. If you are a Health Center Program Look-Alike, you can apply as a new applicant. If awarded, you will stop being a look-alike and become a funded health center (H80).

• State governments, including the District of Columbia and or Domestic (US) territories 
• Native American tribal governments 
• Native American tribal organizations 

*“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

Who can apply: Eligible organizations include national organizations; state, local, and Indian tribal governments; institutions of higher education; other non-profit organizations (including faith-based, community-based, and tribal organizations); and academic health science centers.

Who can apply: All 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands are eligible to apply for funding if they meet the following requirements: Eligible applicants are limited to RWHAP Part B states/territories that need additional funding: to reduce or eliminate an existing ADAP waiting list, to actively prevent the implementation of an ADAP waiting list, to address a projected increase in treatment needs aligned with Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S., and/or to address other unanticipated increases in the number of clients in the program due to new diagnosis, re-engagement in care, loss of income, and loss of health care coverage. States/territories that do not currently meet one or more of the above criteria are not eligible to apply. Tribes and tribal organizations are not eligible for this funding.

Who can apply: Current THCGME Program payment recipients that were awarded funding under HRSA-22-105 and HRSA-22-139, that operate accredited primary care residency programs, or have formed a graduate medical education (GME) consortium that operates an accredited primary care residency program, in one of the following specialties/disciplines: Family Medicine; Internal Medicine; Pediatrics; Internal Medicine-Pediatrics; Obstetrics and Gynecology; Psychiatry; General Dentistry; Pediatric Dentistry, and Geriatrics.
