Who can apply: Eligible entities are programs of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry in public or private nonprofit dental or dental hygiene schools, or approved residency or advanced education programs in the practice of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry. You must submit accreditation documentation for the relevant training program and a non-profit status IRS letter in Attachment 7, as identified in Section IV.5 of this NOFO. Current recipients of awards under the 2021 Dental Faculty Loan Repayment Program (HRSA-21-019) and the 2022 Dental Faculty Loan Repayment Program (HRSA-22-046) are not eligible to apply for this NOFO because they are still within their project period. Entities outside the United States and its territories are not eligible to apply for this NOFO. Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible if they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include any public or private entity, including research centers or networks. Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. You are required to submit proof of non-profit status as Attachment 5. A foreign applicant will need to be affiliated with a U.S. entity (i.e., university, institution) with a U.S. EIN established and recognized by HRSA to be considered a public or nonprofit institution of higher learning or a public or private nonprofit agency.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or private, nonprofit entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.10 Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply

Who can apply: Eligibility is limited to public or nonprofit institutions of higher learning and public or private nonprofit agencies engaged in research or in programs relating to maternal and child health and/or services for children with special health care needs. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(b). Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. You are required to submit proof of non-profit status as Attachment 5. A foreign applicant will need to be affiliated with, and a sub-awardee, of a U.S. entity (e.g., university, institution) with a U.S. EIN established and recognized by HRSA to be considered a public or nonprofit institution of higher learning or a public or private nonprofit agency.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, for-profit and non-profit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Public or nonprofit agencies, including institutions of higher education, are eligible to apply. For the purposes of this NOFO, an “institution of higher education" is defined as any college or university accredited by a regionalized body or bodies approved for such purpose by the Secretary of Education, and any teaching hospital which has higher learning among its purposes and functions, and which has a formal affiliation with an accredited school of medicine and a full-time academic medical staff holding faculty status in such school of medicine. Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible.

Who can apply: 1) You must be a domestic public or private, nonprofit entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.10 Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.11

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include: a. An accredited school of public health or school of medicine or osteopathic medicine; b. an accredited public or private nonprofit hospital; c. a state, local or tribal health department; or d. a consortium of two or more eligible entities as described in items, a, b, or c. PMR programs must be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). An official letter from ACGME must be submitted to HRSA with the application to document the approved accreditation status of the program with the beginning and ending dates of the current accreditation. Accreditation documentation must be submitted as Attachment 1. Eligible applicants include public and private nonprofit entities. Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply if they meet the eligibility requirements specified in items a through d.
