Who can apply: Eligible applicants include any public or private entity, including research centers or networks. Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply. You are required to submit proof of non-profit status as Attachment 5. A foreign applicant will need to be affiliated with a U.S. entity (i.e., university, institution) with a U.S. EIN established and recognized by HRSA to be considered a public or nonprofit institution of higher learning or a public or private nonprofit agency.

Who can apply: You must be a domestic public or private, nonprofit entity, as demonstrated through the submission of the Evidence of Non-profit/Public Center Status (Attachment 11), outlined in Section IV.2.vi.10 Faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include a state or political subdivision of a state, or a consortium of two or more states or political subdivisions of states.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include: a state or a political subdivision of a state; a consortium of two or more states or political subdivision of states; a territory; a health facility or program operated by or pursuant to a contract with or grant from the Indian Health Services; or any other entity with appropriate expertise in NBS as determined by the Secretary. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include accredited schools of nursing, nursing centers, academic health centers, state or local governments, and other public or private nonprofit entities determined appropriate by the Secretary. Domestic community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply, if otherwise eligible. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible applicants under this NOFO. Applicants must be accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs at the time of application, and for the duration of the award.

Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, for-profit and non-profit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, Tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.

Who can apply: Eligibility is limited to public or nonprofit institutions of higher learning and public or private nonprofit agencies engaged in research or in programs relating to maternal and child health and/or services for children with special health care needs. Who can apply: Eligible applicants include domestic public and nonprofit private institutions of higher learning. See 42 CFR 51a.3(b). Tribes and tribal organizations are eligible. The following types of public and nonprofit private institutions of higher learning are encouraged to apply for HRSA support: • Hispanic-serving Institutions • Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) • Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) • Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions • Asian America

•Native American tribal governments

•Native American tribal organizations

*“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.
